GiftMint is an independent Fortnite cosmetic gifting service. You choose an eligible cosmetic from today's Item Shop, and our team gifts it to your Fortnite account from one of our gifting accounts using Fortnite's built-in gifting system. GiftMint isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games.

Create a GiftMint account, add one of our official gifting accounts as a friend in Fortnite, then choose a cosmetic from the store. Once your Fortnite account has been friends with our account long enough, our team sends the gift to the Epic display name on your order. The How It Works page walks through each step.

Fortnite only lets players gift cosmetics to friends, and it requires the friendship to exist for a period first, generally 48 hours. The clock starts when the friend request is accepted. GiftMint can't shorten or bypass it, so we recommend adding our gifting accounts before you shop.

Once the 48-hour friendship period is complete, orders are gifted manually by our team. Timing depends on Fortnite eligibility, daily gifting limits on each account, and available gifting capacity, so we don't promise instant delivery. If you order before you're eligible, your order stays active and is sent once the requirement is met.

Credits are a GiftMint service balance. Add them from your Credits wallet, then spend them on eligible cosmetic gifting orders. One Credit covers one V-Buck of a cosmetic's Item Shop price. Every top-up and spend is recorded in your wallet history.

No. Credits are an internal GiftMint balance, not V-Bucks or Epic Games currency. They can't be transferred to Fortnite or your Epic account, and they can't be withdrawn as cash.

You can pay with your GiftMint Credit balance, a credit or debit card (processed by Stripe), or cryptocurrency from your own wallet. PayPal checkout is supported for totals of $1.00 or more when it's available. Checkout always shows which methods can be used right now; unavailable methods are marked and can't be selected. Valid coupon codes can be applied at checkout.

Every order appears in My Orders with its current status, from payment to gift sent. We also email you when your order is received and when it's gifted.

If a cosmetic leaves the Item Shop before we can send it, that's handled as an issue on our side. You can choose a refund to your original payment method for the amount paid, or the same value back as GiftMint Credits plus 10% extra.

If we can't complete an eligible order because of something on GiftMint's side, such as no available gifting account or V-Bucks, you can choose a refund to your original payment method or the value as Credits plus 10% extra. No. GiftMint only needs the Epic display name that should receive a gift. We will never ask for your Epic password, two-factor codes, or account login, and nobody from GiftMint will message you asking for them.

Use a unique password and turn on two-factor authentication in Account Settings. Only use the official domain, giftmint.store, and never share verification codes or payment details in support chats.
